Wellington’s 10th international rugby sevens tournament kicks off this year on February 6th.

A major local event where it was recently  stated  in the Dominion Post  ” the costumes have become as much a part of the event as the rugby”

Its a fabulous  day where there is no such thing as “over the top” and checking out the costumes and dressing up with friends brings a great party atmosphere to the capital.

So don’t be the only person at the sevens without a costume!

Weapons, near nudity – ( Please no mankinis!) neon vests and costumes exceeding seat size are banned, other than that anything goes.
